Naturopath Services

My services range from individual naturopathic consultations to extensive 1:1 support packages, designed to grow with you rather than end at a single visit. Whether you need a one-off consultation for a specific concern or ongoing, continuous care that includes functional testing and supplement reviews, my approach is to stay alongside you as your health evolves. For athletes and sports people, this includes pre- and post-season support, working in step with the other hands-on practitioners already involved in your care.

Consulations

Appointments tailored specifically to you. First, we explore your health complaint/s and then go in depth within each system. This may include digestion, reproductive and nervous systems, but is selected according to what is relevant in your situation. After this, we go over a treatment plan that works with you, your goals and lifestyle and any herbal formulas/supplements that will compliment it.

1:1 Extensive 6, 8 or 12-week comitments

These packages are tailored to each individual. I've curated this option for people who want continuous, ongoing support over a defined time-frame. They're designed with athletes and sports people in mind, particularly for pre- or post-season support, and can include functional testing, supplement reviews, and naturopathic care tailored specifically to you, working alongside the other hands-on practitioners already involved in your care.

Functional Testing

Functional testing looks beyond standard reference ranges to assess how your body's systems, including digestion, hormones, and energy production, are actually functioning, not just whether results fall within "normal" range. This deeper insight helps me pinpoint underlying imbalances early and tailor your naturopathic care and supplement plan specifically to you, without any guessing games.
